PreclinicalMCQ ("the app") is a paid, one-time-purchase study app for medical students, developed and maintained by Rajesh Goit ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
PreclinicalMCQ does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Your purchase is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; we never see or store your payment information.
None. The app does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other personal information. It does not use cookies, device identifiers, or any tracking technology.
Your quiz progress, mistake history, and bookmarks are saved locally in a database stored on your device only, so they persist between sessions and app restarts. This data is never synced to any account, never transmitted off your device, and is permanently deleted if you uninstall the app.
PreclinicalMCQ does not integrate any third-party SDKs — no analytics platforms, no advertising networks, no crash reporting services, and no social media integrations. The app makes no network requests. The app store itself (Apple or Google) separately processes your purchase according to its own privacy policy, outside of anything PreclinicalMCQ does.
PreclinicalMCQ is intended for medical students and other adult learners studying preclinical subjects. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because the app does not collect information from any user.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
